Weekly Conversations – Chinese New Year Traditional Foods

The Lanzhou students also shared their meals during this time and even labeled the pictures so the Albuquerque students would know what each dish was. Their foods included preserved eggs, auricularia (a type of jelly fungi), cabbages, and many more interesting dishes.
